Upload Translation Troubles

Hi !

When i try to upload an existing translation, it says that the file has been imported but nothing happens.
The translation is not updated...
I spend hours rechecking the time-line, format, it just doesn't work...

Any idea would be much appreciated

   What video are you trying to upload this too? Does the system give you any errors or messages after you try to import?

   The issue is solved, sorry about the false alarm :)

   In the SRT file, the text is divided in 3 line:

   5 (Line Number)
   00:00:42,000 --> 00:00:44,000 (Time)
   It's just a ride *(Translation)

   In order to import successfully an existing translation, the "Line number" must be in order: 5,6,7,8,9,10...
   In my file, i had some breaks and repetitions like 5,6,8,11,7,6 and so it didn't work.

   Odd, we ignore those numbers. Do do ensure there is value there, but this value is never checked or anything.

   Are you sure you did not do something else to the file to make it work?
