Any chance of dotsub supporting oembed?

http://www.oembed.com/

This would mean dotsub videos can trivially be embeded in a heap of places, wordpress blogs being one of them.

If you can't wait for dotSUB to support oEmbed, embed.ly has already implemented it. http://api.embed.ly

You can see and example here.

Let us know when there is native support for oEmbed we will use that call instead.

    Hi Sean:

We appreciate your questions and suggestions. We are a small start up with limited resources so while we will in the future support oembed, I can't give you a time line.

    Thanks for your support

    Hello Sean,

embed.ly returns an object tag as the HTML property for the oEmbed request. There are some know issues with embedding a dotSUB video in this manner.

We will be updating the player to return an iFrame as well. Sorry for any confusion this has caused.

    Cheers,
