Video processing keeps failing!
Hello, I have been using dotSUB for several months now, and in most of those months, I have been able to upload videos from YouTube URLs with no problem. However, recently, I've noticed that when I try to upload YouTube videos, I have to try several times for them to finally process successfully without them showing up as "Video processing failed". I'd say it would take me 2-3 times. However, just tonight, I have kept trying to upload and re-upload a YouTube video, but this time, it doesn't seem to be working at all. I have probably tried to upload it 10 times at this point. Nothing appears to be wrong with the link, and I've checked to make sure I've filled the form out correctly. Still, nothing's working. At this point, I am 95% sure that this is a glitch on dotSUB's part, since I've been able to upload YouTube videos successfully many times before. Please check into this.
For the record, here's the URL of the video I've been trying to upload:

I've just tried to upload a different video, and it was only a matter of seconds before it gave me that "Video processing failed" message. Yes, I made sure I filled the form out correctly (I didn't enter the URL in the incorrect box or anything) and there is nothing wrong with the video's file size (like I said, I haven't had this problem until recently).
Anyway, here's the link to this new video:

Also, if it helps, my dotSUB username is "spongesebastian". I left a couple of the failed-attempted videos un-deleted on the account, in case the staff is able to take a look at them and diagnose them.

Hello,
We do not 'officially' support downloading from youtube. It has worked in the past and may start working again.
Some other users have had success using http://keepvid.com
You can use this to download an FLV file to later upload to dotSUB or you can paste the link directly to the video file into dotSUB.
Cheers,
Brooks L.
