Bengali subtitles

We're trying to add Bengali subtitles to our video 'Tagore dance film trilogy'. Unfortunately, they appear as white boxes.

The FAQ topic says that we need to download the font. However, the fonts (Joy & Rupali) are already installed in our Macs, as we can see when we look at the Bengali translation screen. There must be a different problem. Any ideas?

    Hi, yes this is a player (Flash) issue. It is actually quite a bit more complicated then you would think. First, make sure you have the latest version of Flash installed , also can you tell me what browser you are using and what version?

    Just checked that everything is updated. I'm using Flash 10.1, Safari 5.0.2 and Firefox 3.6.10 on Mac OS X v10.6.4. Still have the problem in both Safari and Firefox.
