After we finished a translation (100%), can people edit our translation? What if instead of improving our translation, they create new errors in our translation? Is there any system to control this?

    Hi Ade:

If you are the "owner" of the video, you can close the translation once you are finished. If not then the translation is available for anyone to edit. This is how dotSUB was designed so that the community can work together.

Can you tell me what video you translated so I can take a look?

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I translated Computer Software in Plain English couple of days ago.

    Regards, Ade

    Hi Ade:

That video is open to the public so if someone wants to edit your translation they can, however, it does not happen often that once a translation is at 100% someone will change it.

We cannot close the translation as it is up to the owner of the video.
