Does anybody else find this program to be a little clumsy?

I'm having LOTS of issues with this program. It doesn't match time code accurately and most of the time freezes instead of saves. It's not like it's rocket science. It simply doesn't work.

   Agree. A good idea, but most of the time I have to write the sentences two or three times before the program recognizes it. The last days the option transcribe is gone, so how am I to continue my work? The only option is download...??
