When the translated subtitles gets available on YouTube?

I just translated a subtitle, and I wonder when it'll be avalable on the YouTube video?

   Hi is this a video that you uploaded? If so look for the blue "Publish video" tab to the right of the player and you can synch your YouTUbe and dotSUB accounts and push the subtitles to YouTube.
