Subject: i can't find the "translate" button

hello:
i want to translate "Chris Jordan pictures some shocking stats",
but i can't find the yellow "translate"button.
well, this is the first time i try to translate for TED, so i don't
know if it's mine problem.

What language are you trying to translate this into and what is your username?
I'll make sure you have the proper permissions to translate that video.

It seems TED has not assigned that translation to anyone. You'll receive an e-mail when your assigned a translation. Did you receive an e-mail yet?
