Subject: Annoying Issues with DotSub for now

OK, after using DotSub a bunch (and don't get me wrong, this website is a fantastic idea) I have a few pet peeves.

I am annoyed that there isn't at least some kind of "Save" button. Making sure my recent additions to a transcript are saved involves closing the translation window and then reopening it and waiting for the flash to re-load up. This is also probably a big drain on the server end, so it makes logical sense to have something like that (had an issue once where I lost an 80% completion of a 40 min video because saving failed, so this is what I do now every 10 or so minutes of transcribed video).

It is annoying that a translation is locked once it is deemed finished. It would be cool to at least let the person who added the video open it back up to further edits if necessary.

Hello Rick,
Has this issue happened again to you? Items should flash yellow for an instant as they are saved on the server. Changes should be saved right away as you add/edit items in the transcript.
We are looking into this.
