Chinese Subtitle doesn't display correctly

Dotsub doesn't seem to be very Chinese friendly.

I just found that Chinese double byte punctuations, although being displayed correctly on dot sub srt, are off on dotsub video?

My experience is that all 「」(CHINESE equivalence of ""),?(double byte question mark), ! (double byte !) marks are off.
「」should always appear as a pair. Attached Chinese display problem.jpg is incorrect, correct display should be:
有人寫了文章說「別硬逼我們快樂」
? and ! and 、should never be at the beginning of the sentence. Chinese display error 2.jpg shows one of the wrong display.
My reviewer doesn't feel comfortable submitting my translated video for publish because these wrong displays, to name just a few, make the whole subtitle seem unreadable.

I have tried to shorten the sentence, retype, copy and paste, but none works.
I know double byte characters can be tricky on web display, yet this is a very basic problem that didn't happen on previous versions of flash.

Is there anyone who knows why and how to fix the problem?
My Talk is http://dotsub.com/view/6ebb52c7-b18c-459c-9a14-debe279b5fe4
the language is Chinese Traditional

Please investgate this issue and advice?

Thank you

Erin

    Hi Erin:

Let me assure you that we are indeed Chines Friendly. We are aware of the punctuation issues and have already fixed these. We will be updating our site tonight and this issue will be resolved. The reason for this "bug" is that we launched our new player last night and for some reason the punctuation has been affected in most languages. Our tech team has already found the "bug".

Again I assure you this will be rresolved by tomorrow. In addition, this does NOT affect how the titles render on TED.com, this is only on our player., You will notice that in the translation Interface it works fine as well, it is only on our player and again, this will be fixed 24 hours.

Thanks for your note and sorry for the inconvenience.
