Subject: video capturing software

this might be a dumb question but I like to find the software that allows me to video capture what i'm doing on my monitor along with audio (like http://dotsub.com/view/18a66a3d-de10-4f80-bd49-86bfac638014). Where can I get that software? thanks!

    you cannot download dotSUB videos but you can embed our player
