uploading a transcript

I have pre-existing transcripts of all my films. It would be wonderful to upload them and then just add the in and out points rather than needing to do this line by line the opposite way. Any workarounds for this?

I have 55 shorts that I want to caption, hence my motivation to be efficient.

    Hi Sarah:

    We accept .srt files ot .tt files for uploads but if your transcripts do not have the time codes you will not be able to upload them. You can cut and paste the text and then insert the time codes manually.

    Just as an fyi, there is no system that will upload just the transcript without time codes as the system needs to know where to put each line
