Subject: I want to translate for TED but...

I requested to translate for TED. As it's the first time I'm doing this, I got an email with some questions.

But how could I reply? I've sent the answers to the add which sent this email to me. Is it fine? But nothing happened later. I haven't heard from them for 4 days.

How could I answer those questions?

    Hi, yes you did the right thing. TED will get back to you. They get many e-mails so it may take them a few days. You could send another e-mail to follow up if you like to subtitles@ted.com
