unable to view any videos today

Every time I try to view any videos on the site today I get an error message in the view window which says "no suitable model found for playback of this file". I get this for ALL videos, even the one made by the site on "how to view" them. Also, I tried signing in, now I cannot find any place to sign out.
Is there a problem at your end?
I have an iMac with OS 10.6.1 (snow leopard) I have watched videos as recently as yesterday on this computer.

    Hi Charlie, we had a strange "bug" sorry for the inconvenience but to fix this, clear your cache. To do this open your browser, go to "tools"- then "clear private data" there you can clear the cache this will fix the issue
