Subject: Unable to upload video in one piece

I am trying hard to upload this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VebOTc-7shU
I tryied already almoust all possible ways and it didnt work
first only a part of the movie got uploaded now I cannot upload the
movie at all
I tried direct URL download, downloading it and uploading it in
different formats.
Nothing works
This is a most important movie in recent history
please help

What formats have you tried? What error are you getting?
We only allow videos under 650Mb, this video might be too big to be uploaded to dotSUB.

It is FL but you are right the file is slightly bigger.
Dotsub doesnt say anything it just says connection interupted...
Could you please make one exeption and help me to get thisone online?
I do not have means now to make it under 650MB and there is no online version which would be smaller...
Dotsub will then compres the movie itself without loosing too much quality...

Connection interrupted seems to happen sometimes when the file is too big, this is most common with IE.
Sadly I can not easily increase the file size limit. You could re-encode the video to a lower quality and upload it.
