Translation can't be saved

Hi everyone!
Have the following problem. I've got to translate TED talk "Ashraf Ghani on rebuilding broken states" into Ukrainian. I've already translated and reviewed several talks, so there must be no problem with permissions. Though, after I type any translated line, the following message shows up:
"unknown global error, id to load is required to loading this may be a bug in dotSUB"

and none of the translated lines are saved...

what to do?

    Are you using the latest beta of google chrome?

    This sounds like that issue. I'm working with webkit and chrome trying to get this issue resolved ASAP.
