A couple of transcribing bugs

Here comes four suggestions for improvement:

1) After you've finished the first hour the keyboard shortcuts drop the caption start and end times to 00:00:00 although it should be 01:00:00. That's a minor thing but slows down considerably when you have to add the "1" manually.

2) Another, more serious issue: I stopped transcribing when the edit button (the pen) and the delete button disappeared.

3) Is there some way to speed up the buffering or skip to a point in the video where you need to be (without waiting for it to buffer). That's annoying.

4) And one more: would it be possible to see who has been working with the video (a version history).

Otherwise a very well-functioning system! Thanks!

   ...Hmm, nothing much to elaborate. Suddenly the buttons (edit & delete) didn't show up anymore. It was impossible to edit the previous lines in the transcription. Never seen that happening before.

   I'll try to reproduce the issue then. I have fixed # 1 already and it will be on the site the next time I update. # 3 and # 4 are both on our long term list but I do not know when they will be fixed.
