Does it work well with 'macs'?

Hello,
I've created an account at dotsub, and I need very much to translate a video. I've watched the instructions and I know how to do it, but I have a problem.
I don't know if it's because my computer is not a windows pc, but a mac computer with Mac OS system 10.4.11. The matter is that I cannot see the yellow rectangle 'translate', and the languages for choosing the one I need also doesn't appear. What's the matter? I could only see the yellow rectangle in the video with the instructions. Hope there's a way I can be working at your site which I think it's a wonderful idea. I was so happy to find it but now I'm sad because it doesn't work for me. Regards and thanks, jandira soares pimentel, from Brazil

    Hello!

    Here at dotSUB we almost all use Macs. What video are you trying to translate? The button will not appear if you do not have permissions to translate a certain video.

    Please let me know what video you are trying to translate and I will check for you.

    I don't think I'll not permission because the people who worked with Father Thomas asked me to translate it into Portuguese.

    It's already translated into Spanish.

    ah, in my husband's pc it opens like mine too. With no 'translate' button.

    Hello,

    The video is currently set to only allow the person that uploaded it to translate the video. You'll have to contact the person that uploaded it to ask for permission.
