Knowledge Base: When I try to view a video I only see a white box and not the player what can I do?
If you see a white box instead of the player, you should clear your cache. To do this, go to "Tools", then "Clear Private Data" and clear your cache. You should then restart your browser. If you still have this issue, please contact us at help@dotSUB.com.
