How do I translate a video?
To translate a video, you must be logged in to dotSUB. Click
once on the video you are interested in translating, look to the
right of the player for the blue "Transcribe Translate" tab. Select
your language from the drop down menu, then click on the yellow
"translate" button. This will take you to the translation user
interface (UI).
You will see the source language (original language of the video) in black type, and a box directly under each line with blue text. Click on the line and type your translation. Hit the "enter" key to automatically save your work and go on to the next line. If you are translating an entire video, be sure to hit the enter key after you translate the very last line. You can then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "back to video page" to view your work.
