Cannot post private videos as public

Kaytlyn Hollis Jan 29, 2015 10:36AM EST

I cannot set my private videos to public
KAYTLYN HOLLIS JAN 29, 2015 10:15AM EST
Whenever I try to set my private videos to public, I get an error:

Unknown global error: failed to lazily initialize a collection of role: com.dotsub.tcms.model.User.vendor, no session or session was closed this may be a bug in Dotsub

This happens on Macs, Pcs, and in various locations.

What gives?

Hi Kaytlyn,

Can you let us know what video you are having this issue with?

Thanks

I am unable to response or reply to the other post.

This is happening with all of our videos, it seems.

Thanks Kaytlyn,

I’ve let our development team know. They will get the issue resolved ASAP.

Until then there are 11 public videos in your account, would you like me to make those private?

No problem. Is there an ETA for the next update?

A big project I am needing to complete is dependent on 8 of our videos being set to public viewing.

Hi Matthew and Kaytlyn,

This should be working now.

Cheers,

Great. Thank you for checking into it.

I cannot now click the videos and make them "public".

However, they are not seen by other users despite them being made public.
